Fran Little (left) and Ann Perrone (right) were guest speakers at the Oct. 18, 2017 Stafford Rotary Club meeting, held at the Clubhouse at Sun Valley on Old Springfield Road. Little, who is the resident services coordinator for Woodland Springs, and Perrone, who is the executive director of Avery Park, provided updates on the disabled/senior housing developments.

Little, who is the resident services coordinator for Woodland Springs, and Perrone, who is the executive director of Avery Park, provided updates on the disabled/senior housing developments. 
 
The Housing Authority of the Town of Stafford manages Avery Park Apartments, one of the largest and most comprehensive senior housing communities in the state. The community is made up of 110 residential units. Avery Park offers housing for seniors and people with disabilities. The Woodland Springs development project contains 79 units, with a number of units set aside for Veterans.
